Do program prices include lesson access?
Yes — program pricing is all-inclusive. Everyone enrolled gets full access to every lesson for the length of the program, plus the daily emails, live sessions, and reporting. There are no seat fees during a program.
What happens when a program ends?
If you continue with seats within 30 days, your first 3 months are free. The daily email tapers to twice a week for the first month, then a weekly tip email that never stops — so the habit your team built doesn't go quiet.
How do the live sessions work?
Live over Microsoft Teams (or your platform), recorded and shared afterward. For groups of 101–500 we split sessions into cohorts so every session stays small enough for real questions — that's included in the bracket pricing.
What's in the daily tip email?
One 2-minute, do-it-today tip — a real prompt or workflow in the tools your team already uses (Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude and more), linked to the full lesson behind it. Role-aware, written for practitioners, not tech people.
What's the minimum for seats?
5 seats. Pricing is banded by team size — $9/user/mo up to 100 people, $6 for 101–500, $4 above 500 — and your rate drops automatically as your team grows. Add or remove seats anytime.
How does billing work?
One invoice per company, monthly or annual (annual = 2 months free). Card, invoice, or purchase order all work. It starts with a 15-minute call with Dan — you'll have your signup link before it ends.
Can employees keep their individual accounts?
Yes — if an employee already has an individual subscription, their account joins the business plan and their progress carries over.
